This can be made to order to fit different variations of intercooler and boost pipework.
The following options are available:
- Stock ST225 Intercooler - 2" intercooler outlet with 2" OEM lower boost pipe
- AIRTEC Stage 3 ST225 / Stock (or AIRTEC) RS Mk2 Intercooler - 2.5" intercooler outlet with 2" OEM lower boost pipe
- AIRTEC Stage 4 ST225 / Stock (or AIRTEC) RS Mk2 Intercooler with Big Boost Pipe - 2.5" intercooler outlet with 2.5" lower boost pipe
The Focus ST225 standard intercooler has 2" outlets and uses a 2" lower boost pipe. The hot side hose to suit this option is not kept on the shelf and is made to order - please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Option as seen in the picture is to fit all RS intercoolers (standard and AIRTEC) with 2.5" intercooler outlet and the OEM 2" lower boost pipe.
We can make this hose as a replacement for the AIRTEC 2.5" Big Boost Pipe Kit (includes AIRTEC ST225 Stage 4 Intercooler) which will fit with 2.5" intercooler outlets and 2.5" big lower boost pipe.
If fitting to a Focus ST225 - this can be fitted with the standard ST radiator however, for better fitment, we would recommend fitting with RS radiator to prevent any rubbing.
Shipping
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Our standard shipping times apply once the order has been processed.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Business Days:
- Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Exceptions:
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be subject to change. Any adjustments will be communicated on our website or during the checkout process.
Delivery Options:

Import Costs:
- Please note that if ordering outside of the UK, any import costs associated with the delivery of the items are liable to be paid by the purchaser and not Aspired Performance. Please ensure you check import costs before ordering.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund too.
